Pilgrim's Registration Form

This form is used to register a participant for an upcoming Walk. Registration does not guarantee being on the next Walk.

Sponsor's Form

This form must accompany the Pilgrim's Registration Form to insure the Pilgrim will be fully registered.

Participation Form

This form should be filled out by those who have attended a Walk and would like help the Emmaus community or be considered for team participation.
